About Me

I am a design problem solver. I partner with clients to maximize their reach and revenue. I am a Creative Director, a Graphic Designer, a Marketer, a Photographer, and much more.

With nearly two decades of creative experience, enriching clients’ innovative projects in the Fortune and Global 500, local charities, and everywhere in between, I find dynamic solutions to the organization’s marketing and design challenges.

My design skills are multi-faceted. If my client needs me to create a logo, I will. A marketing campaign, brochure, catalog, or direct mailer, done. Shoot and edit a video, absolutely.

I am currently Marketing Manager with Wintrust Financial Corporation. Wintrust is a $50 billion community bank headquartered in the Chicago suburbs with over 170 locations in four states. During my tenure with the firm:

  • I have created comprehensive annual marketing plans for five charters (more than 50 locations)
  • Successfully managed go-to-market initiative for new branch locations, contributing to more than a $30 million increase in deposits during the first quarter, accounting for 60% of the annual goal
  • I have overseen the annual refresh of in-branch marketing materials for more than 170 locations, ensuring strict adherence to brand and compliance guidelines
  • I provided strategic guidance for more than 250 annual marketing plans to internal creative teams and external vendors with a primary focus on achieving targeted growth objectives

Past Experience:

Creative and Marketing Director for St. Meyer & Hubbard, Inc., a boutique sales consulting firm focused on the financial services industry. As a department of one, I managed all aspects of creative and marketing initiatives from November 2013 to July 2022. During my tenure, I increased social media engagement by more than 125% by orchestrating a comprehensive social media strategy. I crafted holistic marketing strategies for workshops that boosted sales revenue by over 150%. I led a corporate rebranding effort, including a complete overhaul of brand identity, website, corporate videos, and more. This transformation contributed to sales growth exceeding $10 million from 2016-2021, accompanied by a 125% surge in sales leads annually. 

Creative Director for Catalyst Exhibits, Inc., a full-service trade show exhibit company from September 2004 to November 2013. I managed a team of six graphic and production designers. I grew the department by more than 200% in five years, increased productivity by 5% annually by implementing a production schedule, reduced outsourcing expenses by purchasing new equipment, and improved on-time graphic delivery. I worked with clients such as Nike, Nokia, Siemens, St. Jude Medical, Abbott Laboratories, AstraZeneca, TCF Bank (now Huntington Bancshares), and Adobe.

Before Catalyst, I worked with a team of designers at Hedstrom Corporation, designing graphics for products, packaging, and catalogs within the Ball, Bounce & Sport division. Clients there included Nickelodeon, Disney, Sony Pictures, and the National Hockey League.
